When should I place my order for standard delivery?

To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend ordering 14 days in advance. Our team requires 1–2 business days for curation and packing, followed by 1–3 business days for our courier partners to deliver to your door.

Do you have a physical retail store?

To maintain our high standards of curation and hygiene, our Woodlands studio is a dedicated fulfillment space rather than a walk-in retail shop. However, we welcome viewing appointments. If you’d like to see our kits in person, please contact us to schedule a private visit.

How do I customize my goodie bags?

If our signature sets don't fit your specific vision, you can curate your own. Simply click on Build your Own Goodie bag, cart out your PVC bags, your chosen fillers, and custom gift tags. We handle the 'heavy lifting' of professional assembly so you receive a high-utility, aesthetic gift without the last-minute stress of packing it yourself.

Can I place bulk orders for large corporate events?
